The next update for our document management system ecoDMS will be released soon. It will be full of new, clever archiving features. In addition, the stability and performance of ecoDMS have been improved. A special highlight is the new artificial intelligence, which we will continue to integrate in ecoDMS. The exact release date will be announced as soon as possible.

- X-invoices: Recognition + PDF conversion + archiving X-invoices
- Snapshot to archive: Create any screen shots with ecoDMS + archive (automatically)
- User sessions in the Settings dialogue: Managing all logged-in users
- Dynamic date for templates: Automatic target date calculation (e.g. resubmission = date + 7 days)
- Card view: Sorting entries by available attributes
- New system permission: Sharing documents via internet + logging activities
