Download Add-ons and Plug-ins for ecoDMS

In addition to the core features for digitization, archiving, and searching, the ecoDMS full version offers various standard extensions. These plugins can be downloaded from our website in the download section (Tab: Plugins):

  • PDF/A Printer: Archive via the print function from any printable application
  • Office Plugins: Save from Microsoft Office, OpenOffice, and LibreOffice
  • Email Archiving: Direct archiving from Outlook and Thunderbird
  • ecoMAILZ Integration: Integrate ecoMAILZ into ecoDMS: paid ecoMAILZ license required

WORKZ Add-on and API REST Service

For businesses, ecoDMS offers additional add-ons to further optimize document management and automate work processes. These add-ons are activated directly through the ecoDMS license and can be tested without obligation in the demo version. No manual installation is required to activate the add-ons. All features are described in detail in the ecoDMS manual.

  • WORKZ Add-on: The WORKZ add-on automates the acknowledgment and approval of documents, as well as recurring tasks such as importing files and emails into ecoDMS.
  • ecoDMS API: Interface that allows individual integration of ecoDMS into external applications and enables scaling of existing ecoDMS functions via the API REST Service (free test quota for API connects included in every full version, unlimited use requires ecoDMS ONE)
