ecoDMS ONE Includes the Following Services During the Contract Period:

Software Maintenance

  • Provision of software updates, new features, and developments.
  • Bug fixes through patches and corrections. 
  • Ensures your software always meets current requirements.

Technical Support

  • Assistance with installation, setup, and use of the software.
  • Answering questions and resolving issues. 
  • Per concurrent connection: 1 support unit of 15 minutes per year (direct contact with the manufacturer).

License Model

  • License Costs - one-time payment upon contract conclusion:
    • EUR 250.00 net per concurrent connection
    • Min. 3 concurrent connections
  • Annual Fixed Costs - first due upon contract conclusion:
    • 50.00 Euro per concurrent connection
  • Free Updates:
    • During the contract period, you will receive all software updates for free

Contract Peroid

  • The contract term is 12 months and automatically extends for another year upon expiration.
  • Upon termination, all included add-ons are automatically deactivated (add-ons = WORKZ add-on, ecoDMS API).
    • The standard software can continue to be used without restriction (however, no further updates can be installed).

Scope of Delivery

  • A license for ecoDMS ONE includes per concurrent connection each
    • ecoDMS License
      • including WORKZ Add-on
      • and unlimited ecoDMS API
    • ecoMAILZ License (1 user per concurrent connection)
    • 1 support unit of 15 minutes per year + connection
    • Software updates during the contract period
