This support package consists of 2 units of 15 minutes each, which you can use for the following services:
- Initial installation of ecoDMS or ecoMAILZ (excluding the setup of ecoMAILZ adapters)
- Creation of classification templates (e.g., simple, form templates, RegEx)
- Consultation on the WORKZ Add-on
- Consultation on performing an upgrade
- Answering questions about ecoDMS, ecoMAILZ, and the WORKZ Add-on
