A support package includes direct contact with our technicians/consultants for questions and support surrounding all ecoDMS products: Installation • Setup • Applications • Troubleshooting

This support package consists of 5 units of 15 minutes each, which you can use for the following services:

  • Setting up ecoDMS (e.g., users, classification attributes, document types, folders, web client)
  • Upgrade installation of ecoDMS, including creating a backup
  • Upgrade installation of ecoMAILZ, including creating a backup
  • Setting up ecoMAILZ (e.g., users, adapters)
