A support package allows you to have direct contact with our technicians/advisors for questions and assistance regarding the software products of ecoDMS GmbH: Installation • Setup • Application • Troubleshooting

This support package consists of 5 units of 15 minutes each, which you can use for the following services:

Setting up ecoDMS (e.g., users, classification attributes, document types, folders, web client)
Upgrade installation of ecoDMS, including creating a backup
Upgrade installation of ecoMAILZ, including creating a backup
Setting up ecoMAILZ (e.g., users, adapters)
Setting up the WORKZ Add-on (e.g., users, approval processes, mail import, file import, answering user questions)
