ecoDMS is a software for archiving and managing documents. You can use it to archive, manage and retrieve paper-based and digital documents.

Extend the Update Period for your existing ecoMAILZ license.

  • This is where the lifetime license-fee guarantee (LLG) applies: When you enter your existing license number, the price is calculated automatically for the license fee associated with your license number.
  • You can extend the update period within a grace period of +/- 3 months; the extension seamlessly follows the end of the current update period.
  • When the 3-month grace period has expired, the update cycle and the LLG for this license will lapse. To purchase new updates, you will need to purchase a new first license.
  • The name of the licensee remains the same when the update period is extended.
  • Choose the update period for the extension here (24 or 48 months).
  • You can select any number of users for the update period.
