Use the optional WORKZ add-on to define processes in ecoDMS and automate recurring routines, such as document acknowledgement and approval. The update offers a new, optional email address field for ecoDMS users and LDAP/AD profiles. Moreover, it contains email notifications for acknowledgement and approval processes, as well as customizable settings for roles. This ensures that responsible users are automatically informed about the status of current workflows.Availability
